Our music instructor, Mr. Pantelis Neofotis is sharing his talents in Greek music with our students and their families. At the end of class each week we are focusing on a different Greek composer. Last week we studied the music of Markos Vamvakaris and Vasilis Tsitsanis and this week our students rejoiced with the music of Manos Hatzidakis. The smiles, clapping, dancing, singing voices, and tambourines filled the room with pure joy, giving light and warmth to a dark and cold January night. Next week we will be studying Giorgos Zambetas!
Τον Ιανουάριου αρχίσαμε την μελέτη διακεκριμένων Ελλήνων συνθετών ° Μ. Χατζιδάκη, Β. Τσιτσάνη, και του Μ. Βαμβακάρη. Ο μουσικός μας δάσκαλος, κύριος Παντελής Νεοφώτης μοιράζεται το ταλέντο του με τους μαθητές μας και τις οικογένειές τους.
Η εμπειρία αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της εκπαίδευσης για τους μαθητές μας και μια ζεστή παρένθεση, στο κρύο του Γεννάρη. Την επόμενη εβδομάδα θα ακούσουμε τον Γιώργο Ζαμπέτα! Μην το χάσετε!
