Olympics at Greek School!

Another successful year comes to a close with beautiful memories during a year that was almost back to normal!  All of our students, online and in person, worked hard. Our students spent part of their lesson with our older students working together with the younger ones to make the traditional Greek “λαμπάδα”, the candles we use to signify the holy light brought with the resurrection of Christ. Apokries and Kathara Deftera/Carnival and Clean Monday!

Our students and staff enjoyed a wonderful evening of crafts, learning about Lent/Sarakosti, making masks and kites. The evening was ended with a little Carnival parade (2 days belated). Lots of little monsters,  witches and superheroes enjoyed the evening!
